NORWOOD STREET/ WELLWOOD STREET

The elongated rectangular shaped site, currently in use as a car park, is located between Norwood and Wellwood Street within the city centre.
The land is bound by commercial buildings on either side.  It is a 5 minute walk to the City Hall and the main office district (CBD) to the rear of the City
Hall, Linenhall Street, Bedford Street and Adelaide Street.  It is also located in close proximity to Great Victoria Street, a main arterial route into the
centre of Belfast.
Development on the site should consider reinstating street frontages on Norwood Street and Wellwood Street.
