Disused land located on periphery of city centre.
Bound by the Park and Ride carpark to the North, the M3 Lagan Bridge to the East, and the A12 to the North West.

The site would be suited to industrial development due to being in close proximity to the docks of the River Lagan and the arterial route roads.
The impact of noise from the main roads should be carefully considered when developing a proposal.
