Originally the site of Belfast Model School which was built in 1855 and burnt to the ground in 1922.

St. Comgalls vacated the building in 1999.

​

Purchased in 2003 by The Falls Community Council, who propose a £7m project to refurbish the building into a multi-use community facility.
